Privacy Policy

This website is primarily a showcase and enquiry channel for our printing and design services. It does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide payment details online. The personal information we collect is limited to what you choose to share when you contact us or use the on-site chat or voice assistant.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this Site to access your Google account or any Google API on your behalf. (See the “Google Account & Google API Data” section below for the precise position.)

We collect only the information you actively provide, plus limited technical data that browsers share automatically:

• Enquiry / contact form. When you submit the “Request a Free Quote” form, we collect your name, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. This information is composed into a WhatsApp message and opened on your device for you to send to us; it is transmitted through WhatsApp, not stored in a database on this Site.
• Chat widget. If you use the on-site chat assistant, the messages you type — and any details you include in them — are sent to our third-party chat provider (n8n) for processing and to generate a response. The chat may keep a session so your conversation can continue if you return.
• Voice assistant. If you use the on-site voice assistant, your spoken input and audio are processed by our third-party voice-AI provider (ElevenLabs) to understand and respond to you.
• Automatic / technical data. Like most websites, our servers and third-party services may automatically receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate region, and the pages you visit. This is generated by your browser and is used only to operate and secure the Site.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as Aadhaar numbers, financial account numbers, or payment card details) through this Site. We do not process online payments on this Site.

We do not ask for, receive, or store your Google account credentials, Google profile information, Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar data, Google Contacts, YouTube data, or any other data from your Google account. We do not request any Google OAuth scopes, and no Google API is used to read or write data tied to your Google identity.

The only Google service this Site interacts with is Google Fonts — the typography you see on these pages is loaded from Google’s font servers. When your browser fetches a font file, Google may receive a request that includes your IP address and standard browser/technical information. This is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, not ours. No Google account login is involved, and no data from your Google account is accessed.

If this position changes in the future — for example, if we add a feature that uses Google sign-in or a Google API — we will update this policy before launching that feature and will clearly state the Google scopes requested, the Google data accessed, how it is used, and how you can disconnect it.

We use the information described above only for legitimate, limited purposes:

• To respond to your enquiries, quotes and service requests, and to communicate with you about your project.
• To operate, maintain and secure the Site and the chat and voice assistants.
• To improve our services, content and the way the Site works.
• To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse, where applicable.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

This Site itself does not run a user database. Enquiry-form details are not stored on our servers — they are composed into a WhatsApp message on your device and sent by you through WhatsApp. Once sent, that information is held by WhatsApp (Meta) according to its own terms, and by us in the WhatsApp conversation on our business phone.

Information you share through the chat or voice assistant is processed and may be retained by our third-party providers (n8n and ElevenLabs respectively) in accordance with their own policies. We do not control their internal retention; please refer to their policies linked in the “Third-Party Services” section.

We take reasonable steps to protect information within our control — for example, restricting access to business devices and accounts, and using secure (HTTPS) connections on this Site. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect the information you entrust to us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited situations:

• Service providers. When you use the chat or voice assistant, your inputs are processed by n8n and ElevenLabs respectively. When you send an enquiry via WhatsApp, it is handled by WhatsApp (Meta). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
• Font delivery. Google Fonts receives a request from your browser to load typefaces.
• Legal compliance. Where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights and safety, we may disclose information to the extent necessary.

We do not share your information for any third party’s own advertising purposes.

Because this Site does not store enquiry-form data in its own database, there is no on-site retention period for that information — it exists only in the WhatsApp conversation you initiate, and is retained there according to WhatsApp’s terms and our normal business record-keeping for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations.

Chat and voice sessions are retained by n8n and ElevenLabs respectively, in line with their own retention practices and your account/session settings with those services. We do not set their retention periods.

We keep business correspondence (such as WhatsApp messages and project details) only for as long as is necessary to provide our services, handle any follow-up or disputes, and comply with applicable legal and tax requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Access & copy — to know what information we hold about you.
• Correction — to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — to request that we delete your information (see below).
• Objection & restriction — to object to, or limit, certain processing.
• Withdrawal of consent — where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity before acting.

You can request deletion of your personal information at any time. Because this Site does not maintain its own user database, most deletion relates to information held in our business correspondence (such as WhatsApp conversations) or by our third-party providers.

• Our records. Email or WhatsApp us with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and we will delete or anonymise the personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal obligation to retain specific records.
• Chat & voice providers. To delete data held by n8n or ElevenLabs from your chat/voice sessions, contact those providers directly or use the controls they provide. We will assist where we reasonably can.
• Google data. As stated above, we do not access your Google account or any Google API, so there is no Google data of yours for us to delete. If we ever add such a feature, we will provide a clear way to disconnect and request deletion of any Google data we then hold.

We will action verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.

This Site uses minimal cookies and similar browser-storage technologies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The technologies that may be set include:

• Essential / functional storage needed for the Site to work, such as remembering the state of the chat session so your conversation can continue.
• Third-party cookies set by our providers (for example, the chat or voice widget) or by Google Fonts, governed by their respective policies.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the chat or voice assistant functions.

The following third-party services may process data when you use this Site. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies:

We encourage you to review the policies of these services. We are not responsible for how third-party providers handle your data once it is in their systems.

This Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Site, or the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice (for example, on the home page or via the contact channel you used with us).
