By accessing or using this Site, requesting a quotation, approving artwork, or placing an order with Sahajanand Printers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

If you are engaging us on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf, and that the business or organisation will be bound by them.

This Site is provided as an information and enquiry channel for our printing and design services. You agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable Indian or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its systems, or data.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious or harmful code.
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site’s content without our written permission.
• Use the enquiry form, chat, or voice assistant to send abusive, misleading, or spam messages.

We may restrict or block access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without prior notice.

Sahajanand Printers offers creative design and printing services, including — but not limited to — invitation and occasion design, screen printing, offset printing, logo design, poster design, packaging design, brochure design, bill book and letterhead design, gift and merchandise printing, and custom design and printing.

The descriptions of services on this Site are provided for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. The exact scope, specifications, materials, quantities, finishes, and deliverables for any project are confirmed in the relevant quotation or order. Where there is any difference between a general description on the Site and the specific terms of your quotation or order, the quotation or order prevails.

We reserve the right to decline or decline to proceed with any request that is unlawful, impractical, technically infeasible, or that we reasonably believe may infringe the rights of a third party.

An enquiry submitted through the Site (including the WhatsApp enquiry form, chat, or voice assistant) is a request for information or a quotation — it is not a confirmed order. A binding order is formed only when we have provided a quotation and you have accepted it in writing (including by message or email), and any advance or payment terms we require have been met.

Each quotation will set out the agreed scope, specifications, quantity, price, applicable taxes, payment terms, and estimated timeline for that specific job. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them; if no period is stated, they are valid for a reasonable time and may be revised to reflect changes in material costs or specifications.

Any changes or additions requested after an order is confirmed may affect the price and timeline, and will be communicated to you before we proceed.

For every design job, we prepare a digital soft copy (proof) of the artwork and share it with you for review. It is your responsibility to check the proof carefully — including spelling, dates, names, numbers, addresses, colours, layout, and all other details — and to confirm your approval in writing (by message, email, or any other method we accept).

Once you approve a proof, the job proceeds to printing based on that approved artwork. Sahajanand Printers is not liable for errors that were present in an approved proof but were not raised by you before printing. Changes requested after approval may be treated as a new or revised order and may incur additional charges and time.

Colours on screen may not exactly match the final printed result due to differences between monitors, paper, ink, and printing processes. We work to match the approved proof as closely as is reasonably possible, but minor variations are a normal part of printing and are not considered defects.

Prices for our services depend on the specifications of each job — including design complexity, quantity, size, material, finish, and number of colours. Because of this, pricing is confirmed in the relevant quotation or order rather than fixed on the Site. Any prices shown on the Site are indicative only and may change.

Applicable taxes (including GST, where applicable) and any other charges (such as delivery or special finishes) will be stated in the quotation. Payment terms — including any advance, milestones, or balance payable on completion — are confirmed in the quotation or order.

We do not process online payments through this Site. Payment is arranged directly between you and us, using the methods we agree for each order. An order is considered confirmed only when any agreed advance or payment condition has been met.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are confirmed in the relevant quotation or order based on the scope, quantity, and production requirements of the job. They are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing as a guaranteed date.

Timelines may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including delays in receiving your approval or content, changes requested after confirmation, availability of specific materials, force majeure events, public holidays, and disruptions in third-party courier or logistics services. We will keep you informed of any material change to an agreed timeline.

Delivery is deemed complete when the finished goods are handed to you, collected from our studio, or handed to a courier for dispatch, as applicable.

During the design stage, you may request reasonable revisions to the digital soft copy. The number of revisions included, and any charges for additional revisions beyond that, are confirmed in the relevant quotation or order.

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us as early as possible. Because design and printing work begins as soon as an order is confirmed — and materials and production time may already have been committed — cancellation may not always be possible, and any costs already incurred up to the point of cancellation may be payable. The specific position on cancellation for a given order is confirmed in the quotation or order.

Once artwork has been approved and the job has entered printing, cancellation is generally not possible, as production costs have already been incurred.

As our services involve custom design and printing produced to your specifications, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis rather than under a fixed refund policy.

Where a genuine defect in the printed output is attributable to us and not to an error present in your approved artwork, we will work with you to put it right — typically by reprinting or correcting the affected work. Any refund, credit, or reprint, and the conditions that apply to it, are confirmed in the relevant quotation or order.

Refunds are not available for issues that arise from content or artwork you approved, from changes you requested after approval, or from the inherent variations of the printing process described in the “Customer Artwork & Approval” section.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, designs, and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to Sahajanand Printers and is protected under Indian copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use that content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Upon full payment for a design job, you receive the finished artwork for your agreed use, as set out in the quotation or order. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Sahajanand Printers may display the completed work (excluding any confidential or proprietary customer content) in our portfolio, on the Site, or in marketing materials, and may retain working files for production and archival purposes.

Unless separately agreed and paid for, the transfer of ownership of underlying source files, fonts, stock assets, or third-party licences is not included in a standard order. Third-party fonts, images, or assets used in your artwork remain subject to their respective licences.

When you provide content for use in a design or print job — such as text, photographs, logos, artwork, brand assets, or data — you confirm that you own or have the right to use that content, and that its use in your project does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you provide. Sahajanand Printers is not liable for any claim arising from content supplied by you, and you agree to indemnify us against any losses, damages, or costs we incur as a result of using content you provided.

We reserve the right to refuse to include content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, or that we reasonably believe may expose us or a third party to liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sahajanand Printers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, or from any delay, error, or defect in a job that is not directly attributable to us.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a specific order is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for losses caused by your delay in providing approvals or content, by errors in approved artwork, or by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information you share with us. These Terms do not repeat that information here.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the Site, or the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice where reasonably possible.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
